Exmouth Civil are seeking a agile and motivated Concrete Batcher / Plant operator to join our Civil Construction and Earthworks operation. This position is full time and based out of Exmouth. The suitable candidate will bring a mature, robust approach to this position and can expect a challenging environment.
Key responsibilities
Accurately batching orders to specified mix designs through dedicated programs and systems
Undertake essential day-to-day administration and reporting of the Concrete Batch Plant
Allocate trucks to ensure the smooth operation of concrete to our customers
General housekeeping and maintenance of the yard/plant
Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching
About you
Sound computer literacy, written and verbal communication skills
A strong commitment to safety and the workplace
HR class drivers Licence
Construction Industry White Card
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to effectively interact with Clients and Work-Crews
Self-motivated and display initiative readily
All relevant industry tickets and licenses
Able to provide clear police clearance
