Global Healthcare Management College is a Registered Training Organisation with a Brisbane campus based in Upper Mount Gravatt. Currently, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our agile team to deliver and assess the following courses:
CPC31220 - Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining
CPC32320 - Certificate III in Stonemasonry
CPC31320 - Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
CPC31020 - Certificate III in Solid Plastering
CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction
CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
Duties include but are not limited to:
Delivering engaging and interactive face to face training according to training plans
Monitor & support student progress by ensuring comprehensive training planning, skilled delivery & required assessment of all registered students
Offer constructive feedback and support to students to aid their learning and skilled growth
Conducting practical skills sessions
Maintain accurate and thorough student records and assessment documentation
Assist with industry validation of the program
Possess time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work with timetables
Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment
Necessary qualifications:
· Hold the relevant vocational qualification to teach (equivalent or higher)
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) including LLN units (or willing to proceed for qualification)
· Relevant/current industry experience
