At Western Sydney Aquatics, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality stroke development classes and competitive swim coaching for children and adults aged 5 years and up. Our goal is to foster a supportive setting while maintaining top-tier customer service at our Castle Hill centre in northwest Sydney.

The Role: Casual Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, proactive receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

This role is perfect for a university student looking for adaptable part time work alongside their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with inquiries and bookings
Manage class schedules, bookings, and payment processes
Create engaging social media posts and advertisements to promote our services
Handle phone inquiries confidently and provide excellent customer service
Ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks

Is enthusiastic about creating a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere
Has a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Is confident over the phone and can maintain accuracy in administration
Has previous experience in front-line customer service or reception (highly desirable)
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite and/ or digital advertising (highly desirable) - Look at our Instagram @westernsydneyaquatics_ to get a feel for our brand, content and style
