About the role

️ Wait Staff – Job Description

Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and assisting customers
Taking food and beverage orders
Serving food and drinks efficiently
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
Clearing and resetting tables
Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
Working closely with kitchen and bar staff

Ideal candidate: Previous hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a busy workplace.

Bartender – Job Description





Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Taking customer orders and providing excellent service
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
Processing payments accurately
Following responsible service and venue procedures
Assisting the team during busy service periods

Ideal candidate: Previous bartending experience, strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. RSA required where applicable.
