Dental Implants & Aesthetics (DIA) is a specialist dental practice on the Gold Coast, built around prosthodontics, periodontics, implant surgery and All-on-X treatment. We help people regain confidence in their smile through considered, transformational dentistry, and we back that with a team who take real pride in the results we achieve together.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to run front of house at our Southport & Tugun practices. This role suits someone who already understands how a specialist dental practice operates: you will coordinate a busy schedule across prosthodontics, periodontics and implant surgery, and be confident on the phone from day one.

What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and managing a busy reception across our Southport & Tugun practices
Booking, rescheduling and confirming patient appointments in Dental for Windows (D4W)
Managing phone and email enquiries with a confident, skilled manner
Processing patient payments, invoices and receipts
Coordinating scheduling with our prosthodontists, periodontists and implant surgery team
Maintaining patient records, recalls and laboratory work tracking
Supporting daily banking,



Medicare and DVA processing, and reporting tasks

What we're looking for

Essential
Previous dental assisting experience
A confident, skilled phone manner
Experience using Dental for Windows (D4W)
Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk
Availability Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 5.30pm, with flexibility across Southport and Tugun

Preferred
Experience working in a specialist dental clinic (prosthodontics, periodontics, implant surgery or All-on-X)
