About the role:

Our client believes in personalised support—not just for clients, but for their team too. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the prospect to grow in your chosen clinical pathway, guided by experienced clinicians across a variety of areas:
Early Childhood Pathway: Support young children and families using play-based, strengths-focused approaches, under the guidance of experienced early intervention clinicians.
Autism Assessment & Support Pathway: Deliver neuro-affirming, evidence-based assessments for Autistic children, learning from clinicians passionate about identity-affirming care and family partnership.
Paediatric Feeding: Gain mentorship in feeding therapy, including medically complex cases and responsive mealtime support for families.
Adult Services Pathway:



Receive supervision and training across adult clinical needs—from aged care to community-based communication and swallowing support.

Requirements:
Degree in Speech Pathology
Eligible or current SPA registration
Willingness to grow and contribute to a learning culture
NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
Valid driver’s licence
