We're looking for a hands-on manager to help lead daily operations and support the team in delivering great food, drinks, and service. You'll oversee shifts, manage staff, ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination, and step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day floor and bar operations
Supervise, train, and support staff during shifts
Handle rostering, stock levels, and supplier coordination
Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and compliance
Resolve customer issues and support the wider team in a quick-paced environment
Assist with cash handling, reporting, and opening/closing procedures

What We're Looking For
Experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
A genuine passion for food, drinks, and outstanding customer experiences

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
