The ideal candidate

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role as a cook





Culinary diploma or professional cooking qualification

Minimum 4 years of hands-on kitchen experience

Knowledge of gluten-free and vegan cuisine (not essential but highly valued)

Solid background in Mediterranean cooking with an open approach to global influences

Passion, creativity, and strong leadership skills to guide a team
