We’re looking for a confident, hands-on and enthusiastic FOH Supervisor to join our pub team!

Position: FOH Supervisor
Employment: Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Hotel Collingwood
Flexible schedule and shifts available

What you’ll be doing:
Supervising and supporting the bar and floor team during service
Leading by example and maintaining excellent service standards
Coordinating the team during busy periods
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Supporting staff with training and day-to-day operations
Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Monitoring cleanliness, presentation and venue standards
Working closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for:
Previous hospitality supervisory or leadership experience
Confident,



organised and approachable
Strong communication and people skills
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
Able to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
A hands-on leader with a positive attitude
Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
Strong understanding of pub/bar operations
Valid RSA Certificate

Adaptable availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is highly valued.
