Cucina, an Italian Cafe at Crown Casino, offers an extensive menu of Paninis, Salads, Pasta, Grills and Pizza. We serve buffet and a la carte menus.

Role and Responsibilities:

Chefs are responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production is always maintained at the highest level.

This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude.

The ideal applicant would:

· Be used to working in a quick-paced setting

· Be cable to work on their own and enjoy working as part of a team

· Have an eye for visual display

· Ensure all food safety and product specifications are met

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

Experience in Italian Cuisine is a must.

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial cooking setting.




Buffet experience is preferred but not essential.
Must have excellent organisational skills.
Able to manage shifts and direct other team members
Must be punctual, and self-motivated.

Salary range: $75,000 - $82,000 per annum.

Morning shift
Rotating roster
