About the Role

Are you a driven salesperson who loves hunting for recent business and being rewarded for your results?

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our Hygiene division across Newcastle and the Central Coast. This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and winning new customers.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, generate leads, meet with prospective clients, and drive revenue growth while being supported by one of Australia's leading hygiene and essential services providers.

What You'll Be Doing
Developing new business opportunities across the Newcastle and Central Coast regions
Prospecting through cold calling, networking, referrals and site visits
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
Meeting with potential customers to understand their needs
Presenting tailored hygiene solutions to businesses
Preparing proposals, negotiating agreements and closing deals
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients





What We're Looking For
Previous experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles
A hunter mentality and drive to win current business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working independently and managing your own territory
Positive computer skills and experience using CRM systems
A current Australian Driver's Licence
