Experienced Barista / All rounder

We are looking for an experienced Barista / Café All rounder to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is fast, reliable, organised and genuinely passionate about great customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee quickly and efficiently during busy periods
Providing friendly, professional and attentive customer service
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
Opening and/or closing the café as required
Supporting and leading the team during service
Assisting with stock control, ordering and monitoring stock levels
Helping train and support other team members
Taking initiative and solving problems as they arise
Being willing to learn and confidently take on current responsibilities
Helping with anything and everything required to keep the café running smoothly

About you

We’re looking for someone who:




Has solid experience as a barista, ideally with supervisory experience
Is confident and fast on the coffee machine
Has excellent customer service skills
Is clean, organised and works well under pressure
Is reliable, punctual and takes responsibility for their work
Has a positive, can-do attitude and is happy to get involved in all areas of the café

Pay: $32.31 – $64.63 per hour
