About the role:

This is a part time role Monday, Tuesday & Thursday , 9:00am–1:00pm (12 hours/week) based in our Wangara office. You'll be the friendly voice that turns interest into booked jobs.
Following up customers after we've sent their quote to secure the go-ahead and convert it into a confirmed job.
Calling and following up our incoming leads, and booking measure-and-quote appointments.
First point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
Scheduling confirmed jobs and coordinating timing with our install team.




Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date.

About you:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bubbly and energetic, with an excellent phone manner — confident following up customers to win the sale without being pushy.
Take pride in your work, with robust attention to detail.
Work well autonomously, but also in a team.
Previous admin, phone sales, or customer service experience (needed).
