The Bar Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Concourse Bar, ensuring a high standard of customer service, productive team performance, responsible service of alcohol, and solid financial and operational results. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage busy service periods, motivate staff, maintain venue standards, and ensure the bar operates smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the venue is clean, organised, secure, and ready for service.
Monitor service standards, customer experience, and overall venue presentation.
Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, storage, and stock rotation.
Monitor wastage, breakages, stock usage, and beverage costs.
Ensure all POS and cash-handling procedures are followed correctly

Pay: $23.87 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
