Atom Resources are working with a rapid growing mining and manufacturing company, seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the team, based out of their Malaga head office.

About the Role
This is a newly created position well suited to someone who has a background working within mining or associated companies, with industry knowledge being highly advantageous.

You will be tasked with taking ownership, running the recruitment function from beginning to end, from attracting talent, through to onboarding current hires. This position is an open-ended contract, with the possibility to transition to permanency.

Role & Requirements
Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition role or similar
Coverage working within mining,



resources or manufacturing industries
Experience handling high volume end-to-end blue collar recruitment (white collar also valuable)
Upkeep of recruitment database and reporting
Maintain recruitment related administration
Sustain explicit communication and relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
Advertise positions, screen candidates and generate short lists
Identify strategies to improve and optimise recruitment process
