About the role

Pomona Distilling Co is looking for chefs to join the team across a diverse range of kitchens and food concepts. From smoke and live fire to restaurant dining, functions, events and production, no two days necessarily look the same.

Key responsibilities
Work across multiple kitchen concepts including Pomona Smokehouse (BBQ, smoking & live-fire cooking), Distillery Restaurant (contemporary dining & hospitality), Pomona Providore (smoked products, takeaway & food production), Barrel House (weddings, functions & large-scale events), Cask (speakeasy bar & restaurant), and off-site catering
Develop and execute dishes across different styles of cooking
Work as part of a team in a growing hospitality group




Continue developing your craft with prospects to learn different cooking styles and move between concepts

About you
Chef across all levels from apprentices and junior chefs through to experienced CDPs, sous chefs and kitchen leaders
