About the business and the role

Ainslie IGA is looking to add to to their team of in house butchers. We have a vacancy for a full time, casual or part time butcher.

Jobs include general butchering duties including:

*Working within a small team efficiently

*Cutting and wrapping meat

*Preparing crumbs, rubs and marinades

*Sausage filling

*Managing inventory and stock control with regard to use by dates and markdowns

Skills and experience

Certificate III in Meat Processing is required.
