About the role

In this role, you will help manage the storage and distribution of products by working with the warehouse and dispatch team. To provide support by being an all-rounder with excellent customer service, administration and multi-tasking skills.

Role Title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Cardiff - Newcastle, Recent South Wales, Australia

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Warehouse Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse or admin role preferred but not essential
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with stock control and purchase orders
Prepare and manifest run sheets, invoices and outgoing paperwork, as well as registration and processing of all picking tickets so all orders are taken care of
Follow through on orders,



arrange current deliveries as required
Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to deliver seamless customer service
