About the role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages to a high standard.
Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar area.
Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue procedures.
Assist with stock control, bar preparation and restocking.
Work effectively as part of a busy hospitality team.
Maintain consistency in cocktail preparation and beverage quality.
Handle customer requests professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

About you
Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue.




Valuable knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Cocktail bartending experience (preferred).
Experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality venue (preferred).
Good knowledge of up-to-date cocktail techniques and presentation (preferred).
