About the Role

Clarity Partners is seeking a senior finance skilled to join our mining producer client as an FP&A; Manager.

This is a senior finance role supporting leadership with forward-looking financial analysis, planning and commercial insight. You will play a key role in providing visibility of business performance and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Develop financial models and analysis to support business decision-making.
Provide analysis and insights on financial and operational performance.
Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
Prepare management reporting and financial presentations.
Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities to improve performance.
Support business cases, strategic initiatives and financial planning.

About You
CA / CPA or equivalent qualification is essential.
Mining or resources experience is essential.




Proven experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or a similar senior finance role.
Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Robust commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
Solid financial modelling and Excel capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
