Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic commercial leadership across project lifecycles valued up to $20m.
Manage, mentor, and build capability across a dedicated team of Contract Administrators.
Oversee head contract administration, trade lettings, variations, and final accounts.
Drive monthly financial reporting, cost forecasting, cash flow management, and margin optimisation.
Leverage Cheops and Procore software platforms to maintain financial control and procurement tracking.

What You'll Bring:
Proven track record as a Commercial Manager or Senior CA ready for step-up in commercial building.
Demonstrated experience managing Contract Administrators and driving team performance.
In-depth expertise in head contracts,



trade procurement, variations, and dispute resolution.
Advanced proficiency with Cheops and Procore commercial management software platforms.
Tertiary degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or relevant commercial discipline.
