About the role:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes
Develop and maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Assist with menu planning and specials
Manage stock levels, ordering and minimise food wastage
Work efficiently in a busy café workplace
Lead and work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
