Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy delivering major land development and infrastructure projects across WA. They are seeking a Contract Superintendent to oversee construction delivery and contract administration for residential and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee contract administration and construction activities
Monitor roads, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls, water and wastewater infrastructure works.
Conduct site inspections and construction surveillance.
Manage client, contractor and stakeholder relationships.
Liaise with authorities and project stakeholders.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration, site inspection, or construction surveillance.
Solid understanding of WA land development and civil infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
