Attwood Childcare Centre and Kindergarten is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator. The centre is located on the grounds of Agriculture Victoria and is situated on property that provides a rural setting. The centers philosophy focuses on sustainability and the natural environment and is a not-for-profit organization that is committed to the rights of all children to feel safe, and be safe at all times

The centre currently has a part time position available.

1 . Certificate 3 or working towards, trained Educator to maintain a theoretically sound curriculum that provides a program for each child that enhances their learning.

Essential Criteria:

The successful applicant will be required to:
Hold a Certificate 3 in early childhood or working towards
Preferred experience in the role
Hold a Current Working with Children Check and approved First Aid Certificate
Mandatory child protection training
Computer skills

Demonstrated ability of a sound working knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the National Law and National Quality Framework
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to work within a child centered play-based program
Demonstrated ability to form positive, collaborative working relationships with all families and colleagues
Qualified attitude and presentation
