About the Role

Provide Administrative support to our Project Team, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, productive and compliant delivery.

Responsibilities (not limited to the following)
Provide administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, leave management, travel and accommodation coordination
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
General data entry




Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders as required
Reporting

What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in a Site Administrator role (preferably at an underground mine)
Advance in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience using SuccessFactors (Ideal)
Strong attention to detail and service mindset
Clear communication and ability to work with different teams
Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way
Current Manual Australian Drivers Licence (Essential)

Roster: Option of 8:6 OR 14:14 (all Days)
DIDO from Kalgoorlie area
FIFO from Perth
