Chef /Cook – New Cafe Opening in Gymea

We are opening a brand recent cafe at 89 Gymea Bay Rd, Gymea and are looking for experienced Chef/Cook to join our opening kitchen team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, organisation and food safety standards in a busy cafe kitchen.

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a cafe or restaurant
Solid food preparation and cooking skills
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
Valuable understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Reliable, organised and team-oriented




Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business
Availability across weekdays and weekends

Because this is a brand new cafe, you’ll have the opportunity to join from the beginning and contribute to establishing the kitchen, systems and team culture.
