Are you passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development?
Midvale Early Childhood and Parenting Centre is seeking Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role:
As a Certificate III Educator, you will work under the guidance of qualified educators to implement engaging programs for children aged birth to four years. You’ll help create a protected, caring, and stimulating environment that supports children’s growth and fosters solid partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities:
• assist in implementing group and individual education programs
• support daily routines and complete educational and domestic tasks
• positively guide children’s behavior and model appropriate interactions
• supervise children at all times with a focus on safety and wellbeing




• maintain confidentiality and communicate openly with families.
• participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
• strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and commitment to child safety
• skills in child supervision and developing observation techniques
• knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
• ability to follow direction and work collaboratively.
