About the role

As a Pre-Delivery Manager, you will oversee the final preparation and quality control of vehicles before they are delivered to customers or the dealership lot. This includes managing the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process, ensuring vehicles meet brand standards, coordinating accessory installations, and supervising the pre-delivery team to maintain efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end vehicle pre-delivery process
Leading and supporting a team of technicians and detailers
Ensuring all vehicles meet quality, safety, and presentation standards
Coordinating workflow to meet delivery deadlines
Maintaining efficiency across the workshop and pre-delivery operations
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handovers

About you
Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a busy dealership workplace
Trade qualifications (highly regarded)
Robust leadership and team management skills
A reliable, hands-on work ethic




The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A positive and professional attitude
Current and valid driver's licence
