Are you passionate about outstanding food, friendly service and creating memorable guest experiences? The Kingfish Honeysuckle is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our skilled hospitality team in Newcastle.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be part of a busy waterfront venue delivering welcoming, efficient and attentive service to locals and visitors. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in presentation and brings a positive attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional table service.

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently answer menu questions.

· Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.

· Prepare and serve beverages in line with venue standards.

· Explicit and reset tables, maintain cleanliness and support smooth service flow.

· Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems when required.

· Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and floor teams during busy service periods.

· Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible service requirements.

About You

· Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant,



café or bar service is preferred.

· Current RSA certification, or willingness to obtain before commencement.

· Robust communication skills and a warm, guest-focused approach.

· Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

· Comfortable working evenings, weekends and peak hospitality periods.

· A proactive attitude and the ability to stay calm during fast-paced service.
