Dental Assistant – Full time / Part-Time

We are a well-established dental practice in Five Dock looking for an experienced, professional, mature, and proactive Dental Assistant to join our friendly team.

About the Role

You will work closely with our dentists and dental team to provide high-quality patient care and efficient clinical support.

Key responsibilities:
Chairside assistance during dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Following infection control and workplace health and safety procedures
Maintaining stock levels and assisting with ordering clinical supplies
Supporting dentists and the dental team during daily clinical operations
Ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)




Good knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control
Professional, reliable, and well presented
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
Praktika dental software experience is advantageous
