Cibaria Noosa is led by head chef Lucas Bach – who honed his skills in top kitchens across Italy and Australia, including Tuscany’s Michelin-starred Meo Modo.

The menu celebrates coastal Italian traditions while showcasing local premium produce, featuring handmade pastas and the signature Risotto di Noosa with Queensland spanner crab. The bisteccheria honours wood-grilled traditions, offering dry-aged swordfish and Rangers Valley Black Angus sirloin on the bone,

Requirements
Full Australian working rights & Fluent English
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant hospitality studies
Composure under pressure and a positive attitude
Solid attention to detail and professional grooming
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills & Experience
Formal hospitality qualifications
Food Safety Supervisor certification
Skills in fresh pasta, pastry, woodfire cooking, and butchery
Proficiency in Italian cuisine
