In this role, you will support international students through the admissions and visa process and assist our Registered Migration Agent with preparing visa-related documentation. You will also act as a key point of contact for students, education providers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and professional academic advice to international students
Communicate with education providers to follow up on applications
Assist with student applications, admissions, and enrolments
Support visa application preparation and lodgment
Assist the Migration Agent with visa documentation and immigration advice
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
Collect and review required documents for applications
Maintain and update client files in CRM and internal systems

Skills & Experience
Experience as an Education Consultant or Migration Agent Assistant (preferred)
Strong understanding of Australian immigration and/or education frameworks
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail; skilled and efficient work style
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service focus
Ability to liaise effectively with DHA, education providers, and clients
