Barista – Engadine We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our café team at Engadine. Key responsibilities: Prepare high-quality coffee, including espresso, latte, cappuccino and other coffee styles. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Take orders and operate the POS/cash register. Maintain a clean and organised coffee station and café area. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with general café and front-of-house duties when required. Work efficiently during busy periods and as part of a team. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ barista experience preferred. Solid coffee-making skills and knowledge of espresso machines. Valuable communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced café workplace. Reliable, punctual and well presented. Must be available to work weekends and weekdays. Australian work rights required.
