Key Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the kitchen, including benches, floors, equipment and storage areas.
Wash, sanitise and correctly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting and portioning ingredients.
Receive, unpack and correctly store deliveries.
Keep fridges, freezers, dry stores and kitchen areas organised.
Empty bins and maintain waste and recycling areas.
Assist with end-of-service kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
Support chefs during busy service when required.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times.
Work efficiently as part of a qualified kitchen team.

Pay: $26.44 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38.0 per week
