About the Role

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of mobile phones and electronic devices, while providing friendly and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile phone repairs, including screen, battery, charging port and other hardware repairs
Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements
Perform repairs carefully and efficiently
Test devices after repairs to ensure they are working properly
Provide skilled and friendly customer service
Keep the repair area clean and organised

About You
Previous experience in mobile phone repair is preferred
Solid technical and troubleshooting skills
Good attention to detail
Reliable, responsible and honest
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with iPhone and Samsung repairs is highly regarded
