High Reach Forklift Operator / Stock Picker

South-East Melbourne | Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator / Stock Picker to join a growing and highly professional operation based in Melbourne's South-East.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a up-to-date facility and become part of a hands-on team responsible for keeping operations moving efficiently.

The Role

You will be responsible for a range of warehouse and logistics duties, including:
Operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
Moving, staging and replenishing stock
Supplying materials to operational areas as required
Accurate stock picking and order preparation
Palletising, wrapping and labelling goods
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Receiving and checking incoming stock
Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
Working safely and following all workplace procedures

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:




A current LF Forklift Licence
Proven experience operating a high reach or double reach forklift
Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
Strong stock picking and inventory accuracy
Experience loading and unloading trucks or containers
A strong focus on workplace safety
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work comfortably in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments when required
