About the role

You By Luke Perger is a premium hairdressing salon on Queens Parade, Fitzroy North, specialising in blonde transformations and advanced colour. Our intimate salon means you learn in the room from day one, watching real colour work instead of being tucked away in a background. We are a small team, so you will train directly under an owner with 18 years behind the chair.

Key responsibilities
Assisting with colour applications, shampooing and treatments
Learning our formula and product systems (L'Oréal and LaBiosthetique)
Looking after clients from the moment they walk in
Keeping the colour bar and floor running smoothly
Structured in salon training alongside your formal qualification

About you
Genuine interest in colour, not just a general interest in hair
Reliable, coachable and positive with people




Enrolled in or ready to enrol in a Certificate III in Hairdressing
No salon experience needed, but commitment to the trade counts
