Heritage Bank Limited is seeking a Monitoring and Alert Management qualified to triage alerts and review potential suspicious activity across customer accounts. You will support investigations, apply PRM, Splunk, Salesforce, PROD, Hunter Prosper and Postilion tools, and escalate complex matters to management.

You will be part of a quick-paced team focusing on protecting members from scams while maintaining solid time management and communication skills.
