About the Role

We are looking for energetic and dedicated Casual Front of House Waitstaff to join our team in Oakleigh. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing top-tier customer service. You will be the face of our venue, ensuring every guest has a professional and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
Providing friendly, attentive, and skilled customer service at all times
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Running food and drinks to tables promptly
Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a smooth flow of service
Maintaining a clean and organised floor area




Communicating effectively with both the kitchen and Front of House teams
Handling customer requests and enquiries with a professional manner
Following venue procedures and strict food safety standards
Contributing to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment

Requirements
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for people
Reliable, punctual, and consistently well-presented
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure during peak periods
A positive attitude and a robust work ethic
Availability to work across weekends and busy service shifts
