The Australian Turf Club at Randwick Racecourse is looking for a 1st Year Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join their team ASAP.

No experience needed - full training provided

What You'll Be Doing

Forget sitting behind a desk all day!

You'll be outside and hands-on, learning from experienced tradespeople while working across the racecourse grounds.

You'll get experience in:
Garden construction and maintenance
Paving and hard landscaping
Building rock and timber structures
Grounds and garden maintenance
️ Using tools and equipment
Working safely as part of a skilled team

Don't have experience? That's OK! We're looking for someone with the right attitude who is reliable, willing to learn and ready to get stuck in.

Who We're Looking For

This role is perfect for a recent school leaver who:
Loves being outdoors
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Doesn't want to sit at a desk all day
Is reliable and keen to learn




Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Wants to build a career, not just find a job
