Job Description

City of Gold Coast is seeking an Executive Manager, Safety & Wellbeing Operations, a full time fixed-term four-year contract. The role leads a ~30-person safety & wellbeing team, delivering strategic safety programs and expert advice across the organisation.

You will drive contemporary safety practices, partner with senior leaders, and shape how work is designed for safer outcomes, embedding learning and accountability across the council.
