McIntosh & Son have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty/Service Administrator to join our Merredin team.

About the Role

You will provide end-to-end administrative support to our busy Service Department, with responsibilities across service coordination, invoicing, and warranty processing.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative duties for the Service Department
Manage repair orders from start to finish, including technician hours and progress tracking
Process customer invoicing, including labour, parts, and expenses
Coordinate warranty claims, submissions, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records via Tech App and ERP
Communicate with customers regarding job updates and enquiries
Provide general administrative support, reporting, and filing

About You
Admin experience in a workshop or mechanical setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
Confident with computers and systems (DMS experience an advantage, training provided)
