About the role The key function of this position is to receive/dispatch goods from and to trucks and handle material movements inside and outside the warehouse.

Key responsibilities
Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
Book materials into the ERP system.
Print labels and apply them to the materials containers.
Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
Store and organise stock safely and efficiently.
Update information into the ERP in a timely manner.
Handle material movement within the manufacturing areas such as production and laboratories.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
Coordinate with production, logistics and delivery teams to ensure the correct amount and the correct types of materials are sent to the production team on time.

About you
Minimum of one year of working experience in the warehouse, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to operate computers adequately.
Forklift driving license is preferred.
