Daily Tasks
Operate high reach forklifts (7 bays high, single bay deep)
Pallet and unit picking/packing using RF scanning and high reach RC/RM forklifts for warehouse and truck loading/unloading
Complete manual handling duties
Work within a Chiller workplace (PPE provided — jacket supplied)




Store and maintain materials, equipment and tools
Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality, hazard, and risk issues to leadership

Skills Required
Current forklift licence essential; previous RC and/or RM stand-up forklift experience desirable
Previous Freezer and/or Export operations experience favourable
Warehouse and/or Distribution experience (or similar) required
Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Commitment, reliability, and motivation
Calm under pressure when facing obstacles
Physically fit, able to repetitively lift 5kg–15kg
Flexible to cover various shifts, including regular weekend work and public holidays
