Job Description

Launch Housing in Melbourne seeks an Assertive Outreach Worker for the RSI program, based in Dandenong. This part time, maximum-term role (60.8 hours per fortnight) ends October 2027, supporting people sleeping rough across multiple LGAs.

You will identify and engage clients, conduct outreach, coordinate referrals, and provide short-term, tailored housing options while upholding child secure standards and diversity commitments. Driving is required.
