Role DescriptionWe are seeking an organized, safety-conscious, and results-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of goods. The role involves managing warehouse processes, optimizing inventory flow, maintaining operational accuracy, and ensuring a protected and productive working environment.

Key responsibilities include planning warehouse activities, coordinating receiving and dispatch operations, monitoring inventory accuracy, optimizing storage layouts, managing stock movement, and implementing effective warehouse procedures. The role also involves monitoring operational KPIs, controlling costs, identifying process improvements, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust understanding of warehouse operations,



inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, barcode scanning, and inventory control tools.
Solid understanding of warehouse KPIs, stock accuracy, order fulfillment, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, team management, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze warehouse data and identify opportunities for process and cost optimization.
Knowledge of health, safety, security, and warehouse compliance practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with logistics, procurement, supply chain, and other teams.
Proactive approach to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
