This role is ideal for a skilled videographer with a passion for creating engaging, social-first content for local businesses. You will collaborate closely with a digital marketing team to capture high-quality vertical video and photography for Instagram Reels, talking-head interviews, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes moments. The position starts with a paid trial shoot and offers the potential for ongoing monthly work, focusing on service-based clients in Wollongong and surrounding areas.

Deliverables
Capture qualified vertical video footage for Instagram Reels and social media platforms
Shoot talking-head interviews, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes content as per provided briefs and shot lists
Deliver high-quality, color-graded footage within seven days of each shoot
Provide occasional photography as required for client campaigns
Identify and suggest additional content opportunities on location to enhance client deliverables

Requirements
Proven experience in videography and photography, ideally for commercial or social media content
Proficient with professional camera,



audio, and lighting equipment
Solid understanding of vertical video formats and social-first content trends
Ability to color-grade footage and deliver polished results promptly
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when working with clients
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
ABN and invoicing capability required
Based in or willing to travel to Wollongong for shoots
Experience with real estate, trades, or personal brand content is an advantage
