We are seeking a robust clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full time ANUM Year 2 position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a "Person in Charge" capacity.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

n

Aged Care Leadership: Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within the Aged Care sector.
n
Regional Relocation: This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is not commutable from Melbourne. You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.
n

Compensation

Current: $58.10 per hour.
n
From Mid-May 2026: $59.84 per hour.
n
Plus applicable shift penalties, superannuation, and generous salary packaging.

About You

n

n
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).
n
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.
n
A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
n
