The Lorian Group is working with a well-established Brisbane construction company to appoint an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to join their team on a strong pipeline of fitout and refurbishment projects across Brisbane’s Northside.

With a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, health, education and refurbishment projects, this is a great chance to join a business with a strong pipeline of work and a team-oriented project team.

The Role You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects, working closely with the Project Manager and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role would suit either:
A strong Foreman looking to step up into a Site Supervisor / Site Manager position, or
An experienced Site Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or Site Manager
Strong experience across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects ranging up to $10M




Hospitality and/or education experience highly regarded
Robust subcontractor coordination and site management skills
Good experience with construction management software
QBCC Medium or Open Licence
New build experience beneficial, but not essential
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
A hands-on approach to project delivery with a strong focus on quality and programme
