Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, the Warringah Timbers team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as an Inside Sales team member on a full time basis.

This role operates a full time hour week across Monday to Friday (with occasional half Saturdays). You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, preparing quotes and processing customer transactions in store.

You will need to complete a medical assessment prior to starting with Warringah Timbers.

What you will be doing:

Creating Orders for customers
n
Purchase orders
n
Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders
n
Preparingaccuratequotes and organising delivery schedules
n
Engaging customers on the phone or via emailto drive sales
n




Managing daily administrative tasks forTrade Account Managers
n
Providingin-store customerassistance
n

A strong work ethic and a"can-do"attitude

Excellentcommunication skills and a team-first mindset

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
n
Timber and hardware knowledgeisan advantage but not essential

Robust attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
